Hello! My name is Trisha. I love taking photos and traveling in my spare time and this blog is specifically dedicated to these adventures that I’ve been fortunate to have whether that be sharing beautiful landscapes to capturing everyday life.
I grew up in Southern California my whole life and picked up my first camera when I was in high school. Honestly, I didn’t think I would get in anything creative since I grew up in a household of engineers and mathematicians. But, lo and behold, after high school, I went to Chapman University where I got accepted into their film school – Dodge College of Film and Media Arts for their Narrative TV and Broadcast Journalism major. However, I got heavily involved in documentary filmmaking for most of my college years and traveled to numerous places including South Africa, Botswana, Zimbabwe, South Korea, and many others working with NGO’s in the area to focus on many socio-political issues in the area while always having my camera ready to document. Thinking I was going to be a documentarian, fate had something else in store. My last year in college, I applied for internships in order to graduate, and as I was waiting to hear back from numerous entertainment studios, only 1 happened to give me a chance. After getting this first foot in the door, I’ve stayed in the entertainment industry for over 6 years collaborating on many creative projects till today.
No matter what medium, telling stories has been my goal, challenge, pride, and joy.
